Since opening in the Middle East, Access Hire’s goal has been to improve the safety standards of the industry within the region. This is not only relative to the standards of our equipment but to the training we provide to all those operating machines. We want our customers to operate our equipment safely, productively and efficiently at every height.
We teach everything operators need to know including all about the different types of equipment and models, how to operate them correctly, and what to do in an emergency situation.
We offer our training courses in multiple languages including English, Urdu, Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi, Nepali and Arabic to ensure that the content is understood correctly by all attendees. In addition to our training courses, that can be conducted either at our facilities or onsite, we conduct onsite technical assistance and equipment specific familiarisation for our customers.

State of the Art Training Facilities
Our state of the art facilities provide the ideal training environment, where operators can become confident in the operation of equipment from our extensive range of products that feature in our fleet, including MEWPs, material lifts and earth moving equipment. As well as a spacious and comfortable learning area for presentations and theory applications, our training facilities include a fully air conditioned training area for practical training to ensure that operators are confident in the skills before working onsite. All equipment provided in the training division is brand new to teach the latest versions and models of equipment that are on the market.
Our experienced team of training specialists are also able to go to external sites to conduct specific courses such as rescue plan demonstrations to follow international standards of operating EWP equipment.
Virtual Reality Simulator
We are proud to launch the first JLG VR Simulator in the world, at our branch in Dubai. This advanced technology educates operators in a more effective and engaging way than other facilities on the market which means that graduates are more competent and knowledgeable when they leave our training facilities.
Develop skills on the proving grounds, complete job site challenges and use real world controls to test and develop user competency and familiarise operators with the equipment before operating onsite. The Virtual Reality Training Simulator mimics the sensation of boom lifts and scissor lifts to allow operators to experience the movements and motions of operating an elevated work platform. Not only for beginners, the VR training simulator can reinforce practices that may have been forgotten in time including hazard awareness, smooth operations and the safe use of equipment.
We designed our training program to initially allow those in training to use the simulator to get familiar with the controls before then moving to more in depth training with equipment in our practical area.
Our simulator is also available onsite to conduct product demonstrations and familiarisation to different models and operations required by customers.
